Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming inquiries and leads received through Indiamart, Trade India, Just Dial & Other relevant portal.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
  • Explain company products and services to customers and generate business leads.
  • Convince potential customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
  • Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups and order processing.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience handling IndiaMART and similar B2B business portals is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
