Job Description
Key Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about products/services.
- Update lead status in CRM/software on a regular basis.
- Follow up regularly with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Basic computer skills
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, online enquiries, and market visits.
- Identify potential customers in dairy processing, food industry, and related sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams for requirement analysis and feasibility.
- Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and explain machine features and benefits.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with dairy owners, plant managers, and decision-makers.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure better customer experience.
