Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products, offers, and services, handling customer queries, generating leads, and following up with interested customers. The Telecaller should maintain proper customer records, achieve daily calling and follow-up targets, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure a positive customer experience. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a polite attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with customers are required. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
