Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate leads.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Explain products/services and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain customer details and call records in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare basic reports on calls, leads and conversions.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide regular updates.
