Job Description
Generate qualified leads out of daily calls — not just calls, actual conversion into interested leads is required
Give a short pitch about the company's services/products to the broker
Check the broker's interest and fix a suitable time for a meeting
Handover confirmed meetings/leads to the field/sales executive
Update daily call, lead, and meeting data in CRM/Excel sheet
Follow up with brokers who are not ready to schedule a meeting immediately
Achieve daily/weekly targets (300 calls + lead generation + meetings)
