Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality loan leads.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Promote Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other retail loan products.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/calling reports.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for smooth processing of customer applications.
- Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly calling experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (Mandatory).
- Basic communication in English (Preferred).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Target-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand financial products.
- Team player with a customer-first approach.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, BPO, or Telecalling will be an added advantage.
