Job Description
A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
Through direct phone calls, a telecaller establishes direct communication with the target audience. They lay the groundwork for establishing stronger connections with both current and potential clients, and they help the business generate revenue. Their major goal is to help the organisation grow by bringing in customers and increasing sales. In the process, telecallers work to comprehend each client’s needs and offer the best solution to their concerns. A good telecaller will further make recommendations for how to improve organisational offerings using client feedback.
