Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or online inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Deliver product information and respond to customer queries confidently.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and close deals over the phone.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other
