Telesales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales and accelerating growth for our business. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, generating qualified leads, and maintaining outstanding customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator, possess strong persuasive skills, and feel completely at ease navigating phone rejection. Your primary goal is to convert prospects into loyal customers to help our business thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively place outbound calls to prospective and existing clients from provided lead lists.
• Lead Conversion: Convert cold or warm leads into active paying customers through consultative sales pitches.
• Product Presentation: Articulate product features, values, and pricing strategies to address customer pain points.
• Objection Handling: Overcome customer hesitation, doubts, and complaints while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales revenue targets.
• CRM Management: Document call details, pipeline status, and personal data accurately in our [insert CRM system, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] software.

Pipeline Follow-ups: Schedule and execute persistent follow-up calls with open prospects to successfully close sales.

Order Processing: Accurately intake customer purchase information and pass order details downstream to fulfilment teams.
