Job Description
Generate E-Way Bills for goods transportation as per applicable GST rules.
Verify invoices, GST numbers, consignor and consignee details, and other required documents before generating E-Way Bills.
Enter accurate vehicle numbers, transporter IDs, and other transportation details.
Update vehicle numbers and PART A & Part-B details whenever required.
Check E-Way Bill validity and arrange for timely extensions wherever legally permitted.
Coordinate with transport operations, drivers, customers, and billing teams for required information.
Maintain daily records of E-Way Bills generated, updated, and cancelled.
Ensure all transportation documents are properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
Identify and resolve errors in E-Way Bills and coordinate with the concerned department.
Follow company procedures and applicable GST regulations.
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of GST and E-Way Bill rules.
Knowledge of E-Way Bill portal operations.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
