Off2Sky Travel Partner Pvt. Ltd. is a corporate travel agency looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented Travel Consultants / Travel Sales Specialists to create customised travel experiences. The role involves understanding customer preferences, planning itineraries, managing flight and hotel bookings, selling holiday packages, and resolving travel-related issues. Experienced candidates and freshers with strong customer service skills can apply.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Design customised domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Manage flight, hotel, cruise, car rental, and tour bookings through airline portals, Galileo GDS, and online booking platforms.
• Recommend suitable holiday packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Explain travel options, package inclusions, pricing, and booking conditions.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and travel safety guidelines.
• Handle travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, and customer concerns efficiently.
• Follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate booking records and manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 12th-pass candidate with travel industry experience or strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of travel bookings, holiday packages, and itinerary planning.
• Familiarity with Galileo GDS or online travel booking platforms is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
• Personal travel experience and knowledge of destinations will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹35,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹5,000 based on performance
• Salary depends on skills and experience.
