Job Description

Greet and serve guests in a polite and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service area.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.

Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly attend to guest requests.

Set up and clear tables as per restaurant standards.

Follow all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Handle guest feedback professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
