Relationship Manager - FI & Agriculture| Ahmednagar

1. To strengthen customer relationships and drive portfolio growth through financial advisory, customer due diligence, needs assessment and solution-based recommendations. 
2. The role requires independent judgment in evaluating customer requirements, assessing business opportunities and risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the Bank in interactions with customers and stakeholders while contributing to portfolio performance and business growth.

1. Drive business development activities and achieve assigned business targets for the FI & Agriculture portfolio.
2. Manage Agriculture Lending, Commodity Finance, Program-Based Loans, Tie-up Loans for Farmers, and other products offered by the vertical.
3. Liaise with branches to support business growth, customer acquisition, and effective servicing of borrowers.
4. Ensure adherence to product guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and processes.
5. Maintain defined turnaround times (TAT) for end-to-end credit delivery and customer servicing.
6. Drive cross-selling of liability products and third-party products to existing and prospective customers.
7. Monitor portfolio quality and take proactive measures to minimize NPAs and credit losses.
8. Optimize pricing, interest income, and fee-based revenue to support business profitability.
9. Coordinate with assigned branches to drive business development, portfolio growth, and customer service initiatives.

Experience Range : 2 to 5 Years

Qualifications : 
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduate MBA (Agriculture)
