We're Hiring: Marketing Executive – Admissions

Multiple Locations – Haryana Region ( Ambala, Karnal,Bhiwani)

CGC Landran is looking for Marketing Executives – Admissions to join our Admissions & Marketing team across multiple locations in Haryana.

About the Role

You'll represent the college through on-campus and off-campus marketing and admissions activities — engaging with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and coaching centers to promote our academic programs and guide students through the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Represent the college at promotional events and drives (on-campus & off-campus)

🔹 Engage with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and coaching centers

🔹 Distribute brochures and marketing materials at relevant locations

🔹 Counsel prospective applicants on programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career paths

🔹 Conduct one-on-one counseling via face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails

🔹 Follow up consistently with leads to drive timely admission closures

🔹 Execute marketing activities to boost college visibility and awareness

🔹 Maintain accurate records via MIS and reporting systems

🔹 Collaborate with the team to hit individual and departmental admission targets

🔹 Travel locally and outstation as required

What We're Looking For

Strong result orientation and target-driven mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong counseling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MIS, and internet applications
