Position: Sales Coordinator – B2B Sales

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Coordinator with strong selling and convincing skills to handle B2B customers and develop business in the industrial safety products segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Actively follow up with customers for quotations, pending orders, and repeat business.
• Communicate confidently with purchase managers, procurement teams, dealers, and industrial customers.
• Convince customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
• Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and develop long-term business relationships.
• Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and improving enquiry-to-order conversion.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Good selling skills and the ability to convert enquiries into business.
• Focus-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Confident in handling B2B customers over phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Good follow-up habits and the ability to handle multiple enquiries without losing track.
• Experience in industrial products, PPE, safety shoes, or other B2B sales will be preferred.
