कार्यस्थल (लोकेशन): रायपुर (छत्तीसगढ़)  

जॉब टाइप: फुल-टाइम, मुख्यतः फील्ड वर्क साथ साथ वर्क फ्रोम ऑफिस (आवश्यकतानुसार)

वेतन: ₹17,000 से ₹20,000 प्रति माह + आकर्षक इंसेंटिव (Incentives)

कार्य विवरण:

राघव एडवरटाईजिंग कंपनी को अपनी प्रचार सेवाओं (Branding, Outdoor & Digital Ads) के प्रचार-प्रसार और नए क्लाइंट्स जोड़ने के लिए ऊर्जावान और लक्ष्य-उन्मुख सेल्स एवं मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

•  नए क्लाइंट्स और व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों की पहचान करना एवं संपर्क साधना।

•  एजेंसी की एडवरटाइजिंग सेवाओं के बारे में क्लाइंट्स को समझाना और बिजनेस डील क्लोज करना।

•  क्लाइंट्स के साथ मीटिंग करना और उनके प्रचार संबंधी बजट व जरूरतों को समझना।

•  दिए गए मासिक सेल्स टारगेट्स को पूरा करना।

योग्यता व अनुभव:

•  सेल्स/मार्केटिंग में 6 माह से 2 वर्ष का अनुभव (एडवरटाइजिंग या मीडिया क्षेत्र के अनुभव को प्राथमिकता)।

•  अच्छी बातचीत की क्षमता रखने वाले फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

•  बेहतरीन संवाद (Communication) और नेगोशिएशन कौशल।

•  लोकल विजिट्स के लिए टू-व्हीलर (Two-Wheeler) होना अनिवार्य है।

About the Role:

We are a growing advertising agency named RAGHAV ADVERTISING and we are looking for the energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive. In this role, you will reach out to potential corporate and retail clients, pitch our advertising and branding solutions, and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and follow up with business leads.
• Pitch the agency's portfolio of services (Outdoor, Digital, Branding & Print Media) to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, understand their promotional requirements, and negotiate deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (0.6–2 years) in field sales, business development, or direct marketing (Advertising/Media background is a plus).
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
• Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must have a two-wheeler for local client visits.
