Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic and guest-friendly Order Taker / Captain to handle table service and ensure a smooth dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take food & beverage orders accurately.
  • Explain menu items, offers and recommendations confidently.
  • Upsell dishes, beverages and add-ons to increase table sales.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Service teams for timely orders.
  • Monitor tables and ensure prompt, attentive service.
  • Handle basic guest queries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain table presentation, service standards and cleanliness.
  • Support smooth floor operations during busy hours.
  • Candidate ProfileGood communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant service preferred.
  • Presentable, confident and energetic personality.
  • Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
  • Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and holidays.
