Job Description
Key Responsisbilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain sales & purchase invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform bank, ledger and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, PF, PT and other statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for audits.
Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports and monthly financial summaries.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software & MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing / engineering / trading industry will be an advantage.
