Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and payment receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
- Handle GST, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain petty cash, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Manage office administration, documentation, and filing systems.
- Handle emails, phone calls, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain records in Tally.
- Support management with administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned work.
- Quotation preparation and Customer Handling.
