Job Description – Finance & Accounts

Position: Finance & Accounts Executive /

Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Management

Responsibilities

Maintain company books of accounts.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESIC and

Professional Tax compliance.

Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and other

financial reports.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and

Company Secretary.

Handle bank, loan, overdraft and

factoring-related documentation.

Monitor loans, EMI commitments and CIBIL-related

requirements.

Handle company payments and maintain payment

records.

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments

and collections.

Maintain fleet, vehicle and asset records and

documents.

Prepare invoices and documents for asset sales.

Maintain cash books and perform necessary

reconciliations.

Prepare management reports as required.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, clients, vendors

and internal teams.

Handle other finance and accounting work assigned

by management.

Requirements

Good knowledge of accounting and finance.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory

compliance.

Experience in banking, loans and financial

documentation.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting

software.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet

deadlines.

Accuracy, confidentiality and responsibility in

work.

Overall Responsibility

To ensure proper accounting, timely statutory compliance, payments, collections, banking, loan/factoring requirements, documentation, reconciliations and financial reporting of Sree Travels and its associated entities, along with other responsibilities assigned by management.
