Job Title: Hub Executive – Taxi Operations

Role Overview : 

The Hub Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the taxi hub. The role ensures that drivers are ready for their shifts, vehicles are clean, charged, and available, and all hub activities are completed smoothly and on time. The Hub Executive also manages vehicle issues, cash, inventory, driver support, and customer-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities : 

Ensure all vehicles are charged and ready for operation.

Verify driver login time, uniform, shoes, cleaning cloth, and cash balance.

Allocate vehicles to drivers based on charging level and availability.

Ensure vehicle exchanges are completed quickly and properly.

Check vehicles for damage during logout and report issues immediately.

Follow up with drivers who are late or absent for their shifts.

Maintain and hand over cash accurately as per company process.

Ensure all vehicles are clean and well maintained.

Monitor cleaning staff and ensure required cleaning standards are followed.

Report vehicle breakdowns and issues immediately and coordinate towing or service support.

Keep the hub clean, safe, and organized.

Maintain hub inventory, including tyres, keys, cleaning materials, mobile holders, mirrors, and other equipment.

Maintain the Lost & Found register and ensure customer belongings are returned.

Ensure the hub phone is active and available for driver communication.

Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with drivers and support them in providing good customer service.

Ensure there are no personal or financial transactions with drivers.

Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
