Job Description
Verify daily branch cash collections.
Deposit cash into the company's bank account.
Reconcile bank deposits with branch collections
Record daily receipts and payments.
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
Verify customer payment receipts.
Process and verify vendor payments.
Verify employee reimbursement claims.
Maintain petty cash records.
Prepare payment and receipt vouchers
Maintain financial documents and records.
Perform daily bank reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with branches on financial transactions.
Identify and report cash discrepancies.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Assist management with financial reporting.
Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by management.
