Architecture Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, meet prospective customers, conduct site visits, explain our products and services, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
2. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable pergola, roofing, fabrication, and outdoor-structure solutions.
3. Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits.
4. Coordinate with customers to understand their project requirements and expectations.
5. Follow up on quotations and proposals shared with customers.
6. Negotiate with customers within the company's approved pricing and terms.
7. Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
8. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
9. Coordinate with the design, technical, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
10. Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the company's records or CRM.
11. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
12. Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports to the management.
