Property Management Executive – Agarwal Estates

Agarwal Estates is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Property Management Executive to manage daily property operations and ensure smooth coordination between property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage daily property operations and inspections.

✅ Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor activities.

✅ Handle tenant and property owner queries.

✅ Maintain property records, agreements, and service requests.

✅ Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

✅ 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.

✅ Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

✅ Willingness to travel locally for property visits.

✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

✅ Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is an advantage.
