Back-end Executive

We are looking for a Backend Executive – Loan Login & Processing who has prior experience in handling loan login, documentation, application processing & coordination with banks/NBFCs or financial institutions.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, strong attention to detail & the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, sales executives, banks & financial institutions.

Candidates with experience in Loan Processing, Insurance Processing, Credit Cards, Banking, Financial Services or other similar login/operations processes are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end loan login process from application receipt to submission.
• Collect, verify, and organize customer documents required for loan processing.
• Check applications and documents for completeness and accuracy before login.
• Login loan applications with respective banks/NBFCs through their portals or systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team for missing documents and additional requirements.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs regarding application status, queries, verification, and approvals.
• Track all logged-in applications and maintain proper records and status updates.
• Follow up on pending documents, bank queries, verification, and sanction requirements.
• Update the sales team regularly regarding the status of customer applications.
• Ensure applications are processed within the required turnaround time (TAT).
• Handle customer-related documentation and communicate professionally whenever required.
• Maintain proper MIS, login reports, pending cases, approval status, and disbursement details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external financial institutions until the loan is successfully processed/disbursed.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Required Skills

• Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in login/processing/backend operations is preferred.
• Experience in Loan, Insurance, Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of documentation and verification processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Good understanding of TAT and process compliance.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Professional attitude and good customer-handling skills.
