Job Description
Telemedicine Executive
Language Requirement: Bengali
* Maintain and update the patient’s treatment history and coordinate with patients before admission and after discharge.
* Handle patient queries and provide assistance as required.
* Provide virtual assistance to patients for:
1. Exercise follow-ups
2. Pharmacy follow-ups
3. Medication follow-ups
4. Tests and scans
5. Homecare services
* Coordinate with patients and relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up and support.
* Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on completed tasks.
* Manage patient feedback and handle escalations effectively.
*Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
