DECFORT is a Bengaluru-based architectural and interior design company with over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, complete home renovations, and turnkey interior solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, conduct site visits, and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Contact potential customers, understand their interior design and renovation requirements, and schedule consultations.
• Conduct regular field visits to residential apartments, villas, gated communities, and potential project locations across Bengaluru.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, real estate agents, architects, and property consultants.
• Explain DECFORT's services, project execution process, and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the interior design and estimation teams for proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with enquiries, negotiate professionally, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain accurate daily reports of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, direct sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Experience in interior design, modular kitchens, real estate, home improvement, or construction sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, professional, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting prospective customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
• English and Kannada communication skills preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
