Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Cafe Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our café. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, customer service, sales, inventory, POS operations, cost control, and ensuring smooth café operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the café.
• Supervise, guide and motivate café staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Handle POS operations, billing and payment settlements.
• Check daily POS reports, cash/card/UPI settlements and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, indents and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with Stores, Kitchen and Accounts departments.
• Control food wastage and maintain proper portion and cost control.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure consistency.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Ensure all café SOPs and hotel policies are followed.
• Conduct daily staff briefings and provide training where required.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen team for smooth order execution and service.
• Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action.
• Maintain café registers, checklists, sales reports and other required documentation.
• Assist management in monitoring P&L, food cost and operational expenses.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of café equipment and assets.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase café sales.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager / F&B Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in a hotel, café, restaurant or QSR is preferred.
• Good knowledge of POS and billing systems.
• Basic understanding of sales reports, inventory and cost control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Graduate / Hotel Management qualification preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
