Field Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned properties/sites regularly and monitor daily operations.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility staff.
• Ensure adequate manpower is deployed as per site requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
• Coordinate staff replacements in case of absenteeism or manpower shortages.
• Check housekeeping and security work quality and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify operational issues.
• Coordinate with Site/RM/Property Managers regarding daily requirements and concerns.
• Handle staff and client/resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor cleaning, hygiene, safety, and overall site standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for maintenance and operational requirements.
• Collect and submit daily attendance, manpower, inspection, and operational reports.
• Support recruitment, joining, deployment, and training of field staff.
• Ensure staff are properly trained regarding their duties and site instructions.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure.
• Share daily updates with the management and escalate critical issues when required.
