Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Create awareness among patients regarding reimbursement claim submission processes, including pre- and post-hospitalization claims.
- Handle patient grievances and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating matters to the Team Leader when required.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies/TPAs to track claim status and update the same in the ERP system.
- Ensure timely responses to patient communications and provide regular updates through the designated WhatsApp group.
- Obtain insurance admissibility details from the respective insurance companies/TPAs.
- Scan medical documents received for claim submission.
- Share the relevant documents in the patients’ WhatsApp group for confirmation and reference.
- Upload all required documents accurately into the ERP system.
