We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our products, projects, and company culture across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and project site visits.
• Design social media creatives, brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, website content, and marketing copies aligned with the brand voice.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.
• Capture photos and videos of elevator installations, factory operations, events, and client success stories.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and digital marketing strategies.
• Optimize content for SEO and improve online engagement.
• Monitor content performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Excellent content writing and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and content marketing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or any relevant field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Video Editing is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in B2B, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, or Elevator Industry is preferred.
• Comfortable traveling to project sites within Bangalore for content creation.
• Passionate about creating engaging digital content and building brand awareness.
