Customer Care Executive

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding fertility treatments, consultations, and procedures.
• Capture and update patient information in CRM systems.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic teams.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant customer service experience.
• Comfortable handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.

• Comfortable discussing male and female reproductive health topics in a professional and respectful manner.
• Comfortable using and explaining medical and fertility-related terminology, including terms such as sperm, eggs (ova), embryo, IVF, IUI, fertility treatment, reproductive health, and other related concepts.
• Able to communicate sensitive medical information with maturity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Comfortable interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds regarding personal health concerns.
