Job Description

  • Contact customers to schedule medical check-ups required for life or health insurance policy issuance.
  • Explain the process, documents required, and test details to the customer in a clear and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with diagnostic centers, home collection agents, and medical practitioners to fix appointments.
  • Ensure adherence to the timelines set by the insurance company for medical evaluations.
  • Handle rescheduling requests, cancellations, and follow-ups with both customers and diagnostic partners.
  • Update appointment status and details in internal systems or CRM tools.
  • Maintain a log of interactions and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with insurance underwriters or agency teams to resolve queries or escalate special cases.
  • Send appointment reminders and ensure customer attendance for check-ups.
