Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through cold calling and customer outreach.
- Follow up with customers interested in credit counselling and loan services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
- Analyse CIBIL/credit profiles, sources of income, salary slips and bank statements.
- Identify possible loan options based on customer eligibility.
- Collect, verify and maintain customer documentation accurately.
- Update CRM/Excel with call logs, lead status and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Telesales or Customer Service.
