HR Recruiter

BGLRGM Institute of Vocational Education Training is looking for a responsible, professional and motivated HR Executive to manage human resources activities and support the institute's recruitment and administrative operations.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate selection.
2. Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
3. Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
4. Coordinate monthly payroll and salary processing.
5. Handle employee communication, queries and grievances.
6. Monitor employee performance and support staff development.
7. Coordinate HR activities across all institute branches.
8. Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.
9. Support training programmes and employee engagement activities.
10. Ensure confidentiality of employee information and proper HR documentation.

• Eligibility & QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR administration.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
