Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for field, sales, marketing, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, and colleges.
Conduct screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate virtual, HR, and management interviews.
Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
