Inside Sales Executive – Customer Service Telecalling

About the Role

BreatheIn is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with incoming leads, understand their requirements, explain our products, and convert qualified leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, customer-focused, and comfortable working towards sales targets and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BreatheIn products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers clearly.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
• Follow up with interested customers and drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales or customer conversion is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

• CTC: Based on experience and industry standards.
