- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Guide the team in outbound calling, lead conversion, and sales activities.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in client conversions.
- Track team attendance, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales activities.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly team performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and guidelines.
