Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property/project information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
- 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
