Job Description:

MoonElevate Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our US Process team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting customers with loan-related applications, explaining loan details clearly, and conducting follow-ups through professional communication.

This role involves both inbound and outbound calls and requires candidates with good English communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan services.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with loan-related applications and processes.
• Explain loan details, terms, and procedures clearly to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding loan enquiries and applications.
• Maintain professional communication and build a positive customer experience.
• Record and update customer information accurately.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills:

• 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior BPO/voice process experience are also eligible.
• Good English communication and verbal skills.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a night shift.
