Nurse/ Homecare Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Nurse to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered clinical care in home settings, ensuring the health and well-being of our patients while maintaining professional excellence. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering one-on-one care and managing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage wound care, and provide specialized clinical support as per medical orders.

Patient Advocacy:

Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring clear, empathetic communication regarding care plans and progress.

Compliance:

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all care delivery adheres to company protocols and regulatory standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the medical team and patient care coordinators to provide seamless healthcare transitions.

Requirements:

Education:

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience:

1-4 years of nursing experience. (Prior experience in home care, ICU, or geriatric care is a plus).

License:

Active nursing registration with the relevant state nursing council.

Skills:

Exceptional clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the patience required for high-acuity, home-based care.
