Job Title: IP Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IP Billing Executive to manage inpatient billing processes, ensure accurate billing, and coordinate with patients, insurance/TPA teams, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accurate inpatient (IP) bills.
• Verify patient billing details, packages, procedures, medicines, investigations, and other hospital charges.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for billing-related information.
• Handle insurance and TPA billing, approvals, and documentation.
• Verify and process discharge bills and final settlements.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
• Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and payments.
• Coordinate with the accounts and insurance departments for timely settlement.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital management qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in hospital IP billing preferred.
• Knowledge of TPA/Insurance billing and hospital billing procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
