flagship residential communities – Frangipani Estates.

SPA Ecocity is a gated villa community of over 400 villa plots spread over 50 acres. With 9 themed

Job Responsibilities

● Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.

● Understand client requirements for weddings, corporate events, parties, celebrations and

other functions.

● Explain venue facilities, packages, amenities, pricing and offerings to prospective clients.

● Qualify leads based on event date, guest count, budget and requirements.

● Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong enquiry pipeline.

● Schedule and coordinate venue/site visits for prospective clients.

● Coordinate with the sales, events and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer

experience.

● Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.

● Convert qualified enquiries into site visits and, wherever possible, bookings.

● Maintain regular communication with prospective clients until closure.

● Achieve monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.

Job Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality, Hotel Management, Marketing, Business

Management or related fields preferred.

● 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, hospitality, events, weddings, real estate,

luxury retail or customer relationship roles.

● Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Fluency in Kannada and Hindi would be an added advantage.

● Excellent follow-up, persuasion and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on converting

enquiries into site visits and bookings.

● Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to deliver a high-quality client

experience.

● Well-organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups

simultaneously.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting

tight deadlines.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM software.

● Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and a proactive approach to

assigned responsibilities.

● Ability to remain calm, flexible and solution-oriented while working under pressure.

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and proactively work towards

solutions.
