Position: Sales Counselor

1. Job ResponsibilitiesA. Parent Counseling & Admissions

• Counsel parents regarding preschool, daycare, and early childhood education programs.
• Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, activities, fee structure, and admission process to parents.
• Understand parents' requirements and recommend suitable programs for their children.
• Convert parent inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions.
• Conduct school tours and explain the facilities, classrooms, safety measures, and learning environment.

B. Lead Management & Follow-ups

• Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other sources.
• Follow up with interested parents regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, visits, and confirmed admissions.
• Contact prospective parents and generate new admission leads.
• Ensure timely responses to all parent inquiries.

C. Sales & Admission Targets

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets assigned by management.
• Work towards improving inquiry-to-visit and visit-to-admission conversion rates.
• Maintain a proper database of prospective parents and admission status.
• Implement follow-up strategies to maximize admission conversions.

D. Day Care Counseling

• Explain daycare timings, daily routines, activities, and available facilities to parents.
• Address parents' concerns regarding children's safety, hygiene, care, and supervision.
• Explain the daycare fee structure, packages, and enrollment procedures.
• Help parents understand how the daycare supports children's development and daily needs.

E. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the Branch Head and school team regarding admissions and parent inquiries.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, inquiries, school visits, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Share regular updates with management regarding admission progress and pending leads.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every parent visiting the school.
• 2. Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling, convincing, and sales skills.
• Ability to handle parent inquiries professionally.
• Good follow-up and lead management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
• Ability to work towards admission targets.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• 3. Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, admissions, or customer service preferred.
• Candidates with experience in preschools, schools, daycare centers, or the education sector will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
