About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the sales team in achieving business targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers professionally.

Understand customer requirements and explain project details, pricing, offers, amenities, location, and key features clearly.

Generate and qualify leads through effective customer interaction and follow-ups.

Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested prospects.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to build strong customer relationships and improve conversions.

Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status accurately in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth customer handling, lead handover, and site visit management.

Respond to customer queries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.

Track leads and follow-ups throughout the pre-sales process.

Work towards achieving assigned lead generation, site visit, and sales support targets.

Prepare regular reports on lead status, customer interactions, follow-ups, and site visits.

Support the Sales Team in other customer engagement and sales-related activities.

Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time, including activities related to accounts, administration, customer coordination, and project coordination.

🎯 Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Presales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Strong follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Prior experience in Real Estate Presales will be an added advantage.
