Production Executive

Overall Responsible for Production

and Tool Maintenance/Tool Developments.

Monitoring overall equipment

effectiveness of FLANGE PRESS LINE

·      Supervise plant maintenance

activities to ensure Safe, reliable and efficient operation of equipment;

verify proper implementation of plant preventive maintenance and any

corrective maintenance whenever required.

Reading

and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings.

Visualizing

and computing metal shapes and tolerances.

Designing

jigs and templates as work aids in the fabrication of parts.

Setting

up machine tools such as drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines.

Cutting

and shaping blocks to specified dimensions.

Filling,

grinding, and shimming metals to ensure a smooth finish.

Fitting

and assembling tools and die parts.

Inspecting

finished dies and tools for defects, smoothness, and contour

deformities.

Conducting

test runs with completed tools and dies.

·      Evaluate operations and activities

of assigned responsibilities. Recommend improvements and modifications

whenever required.

·      Ensure Quality, Health, Safety,

and Environment (QHSE) policy is adequately implemented.

·      Development of new tooling’s for

new products.

·      ISO 9001/14001 Activities

•  Experience working as a tool and die maker in an Engineering Industry with sheet metal forming/Cutting

·      Experience in Tool Maintenance, Development of Press Tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design schematics.
• Extensive experience with metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
• Experience with quality control analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of machine tools and their uses.

Over all responsible for Production and maintaining equipment effectiveness in each shift and control rejections in flange press line

Regularly interact with the other departments for their requirements. Interact with maintenance team of timely maintenance of machineries.  

Interact with the vendors for better price, Quality and timely deliveries of Tooling spares.

Tool drawings, Auto CAD & Computer skills
