Sales Manager For Weddings & Corporate

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our Weddings & Corporate Bookings business.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales for wedding events, corporate events, conferences, and social functions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and key decision-makers
• Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, proposals, and closures
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Develop strategic partnerships with event planners, corporates, and agencies

👤 What We’re Looking For3–8+ years of experience in hospitality, banquet sales, weddings, events, or corporate sales

• Strong network among wedding planners, corporates, event agencies, and MICE clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
