Job Description
Tamil Telecalling Executive:
- Handle 32–40 customer calls per day from the assigned database.
- Communicate with rural users in Tamil and introduce the agricultural application.
- Explain app features, tools, services, and usage clearly.
- Educate customers on the app’s benefits for their agricultural activities.
- No sales targets or sales responsibilities are involved in this role.
- Record call details, customer responses, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain and submit daily calling activity reports and customer feedback.
- Work from the Mahadevapura office and coordinate with the reporting supervisor.
