Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Explain the company's construction and real estate services.
  • Schedule client meetings and consultations.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.
  • Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in telecalling or real estate sales is preferred.
