📢 Hiring – Telecalling / Inside Sales ExecutivePosition: Telecalling / Inside Sales Executive
Location: Jakkur, Bengaluru
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Average Incentive: ₹5,000+ per month
Employment Type: Full-time
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
- Candidate RequirementsGood English and Kannada communication skills.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
